孙华孙（？―1358），又名孙华，字元实，号果育老人。传见雍正《浙江通志》卷一八二。《大雅集》辑录其诗14首，《元诗选（补遗）》录其诗15首。《全元文》收其文2篇。当时人认为“其所为诗歌，流丽清远，意出天巧，绝类王维、孟浩然”。《列朝诗集•小传》等均以为“永嘉人，侨居华亭”。然查阅贡师泰《玩斋集》、《孙元实墓志铭》，华似为孙父移居松江后才出生。存疑。
