（1519—1565）松江府华亭人，字叔夜，号莱峰。学者私谥贞静先生。少有文名，工书画。嘉靖二十六年进士。授平度知州，擢工部员外郎，累官湖广按察佥事。执法不避权贵。时岷王府宗室暴横，公然杀人越货，历任皆不敢问。因捕其党，奏闻，悉禁锢。后以忧去官。有《周叔夜集》、《学道纪言》。
